  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours (or 48 hours on weekends) from placement.

  • Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept general returns.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases of:

    • Incorrect item, size, or design sent

You must report any issues within 30 days of delivery, with supporting photo evidence.
