Order Confirmation & Billing
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt and order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
Your billing statement may show the charge from “Whoplaza LLC” or from one of our payment processors, depending on the payment method used.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be notified at checkout. We do not automatically retry failed payments. You may try again using a different payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
