Refund & Returns Policy

All products at Whoplaza LLC are custom-made to order. For this reason, we have a limited return policy to ensure fairness while protecting the custom nature of our items.

Order Cancellation

We understand plans can change. You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet entered production
  • You request cancellation within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends/holidays of placing the order

How to cancel: Email us at support@whoplaza.com with your Order ID and cancellation request. We will confirm and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Once production begins (typically within a few hours), cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

Returns & Refunds for Issues

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or personalization choices. However, we stand behind our quality and offer free replacement or full refund (no need to return the item) for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item, size, or design received
  • Printing or manufacturing errors

Report any issues within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is not delivered after 60 days from the order date, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are non-refundable.
