1. How long does shipping take?

We operate on a print-on-demand model. Each item is custom-made and typically ships within:

  • USA Orders: 12–17 business days (including processing & shipping)

  • International Orders: 15–24 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs, courier delays, weather, or peak seasons may affect delivery times.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

We require 5–7 business days to process and produce your custom order before it ships.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a free replacement

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within:

  • 24 hours (weekdays)

  • 48 hours (weekends)

After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be changed.

6. I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry! Please email support@whoplaza.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and the issue

  • A brief description

We will resolve it promptly with a refund or replacement.

7. What if my order is late or lost?

An order is considered delayed or lost when:

  • It has not arrived after 60 days from the order date → Eligible for full refund or replacement

(The previous 45-day / 50% refund rule has been removed.)

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Review your delivery area

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Email us for assistance

Whoplaza is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but we will help investigate.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

9. How much is shipping?

  • USA Orders: $7.95 flat rate

  • International Orders: $9.95 flat rate

Shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout.

10. Do I have to return a damaged item to get a refund?

No. We do not require returns for damaged or incorrect items.
Just send photo proof and we’ll process a refund or send a replacement.

11. What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items due to customer errors in size, color, or personalization.
Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.

12. Do you charge customs fees for international orders?

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and may apply depending on your country.
These fees must be paid by the customer.

13. I entered the wrong address. What happens now?

Please contact us within 24 hours to correct the address.
If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other secure payment methods depending on your region

All payments are encrypted and PCI-secure.
