1. How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Production takes 5–7 business days. After that:

  • USA: 7–10 business days shipping (total ~12–17 days)
  • International: 10–17 business days shipping (total ~15–24 days)

Times are estimates and not guaranteed. Peak seasons may cause delays.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.95. International shipping is $9.95 flat rate.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. However, we offer free replacement or full refund for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item/size/design received
  • Printing/manufacturing errors

Report issues within 30 days of delivery with photos. No need to return the item.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status here.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. Are the colors exactly as shown on the screen?

Product images are digital mockups. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes, but we use high-quality inks for vibrant, accurate results.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After production starts, changes are not possible.

8. Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
