Shipping Policy

All products at Whoplaza are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand) and shipped directly from our trusted production partners (primarily in Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other locations depending on your shipping destination).

Production & Handling Time

5–7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

USA: Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate.
International: $9.95 flat rate.

Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Note: All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons (especially holidays). We recommend ordering early during busy periods.

Tracking & Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, or local postal services depending on your location.

A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order status here.

Important Information

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept physical returns at our business address (it is a registered address only – not a retail store or return location).
  • For quality issues (defective, damaged, or wrong item), please contact us – no need to return the item in most cases.
