At Whoplaza, every order is custom-made and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.
Please review the shipping details below.

A. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

  • Production time: 5–7 business days

  • Multi-item orders may ship separately depending on print location.

Daily Cut-Off: 5:00 PM PST
Orders placed after cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Observed U.S. Holidays (No Processing)

New Year’s Day • Presidents’ Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Christmas


B. Estimated Shipping Times

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.


C. Peak Season Notice

During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Lunar New Year), production and shipping may experience delays.
We recommend ordering gifts 25 days in advance.


D. Shipping Rates

  • USA: $7.95 flat rate

  • International: $9.95 flat rate
    Additional fees may apply for remote areas.


E. Carriers

Orders may ship via:

  • YunExpress

  • USPS

  • Yanwen

  • Local/regional carriers

APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska → may need extra 5–10 business days.


F. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address.

Whoplaza is not liable for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays from address errors

  • Re-shipping costs for returned packages

Address changes:
Email support@whoplaza.com within 24 hours.


G. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed after shipment.
If unavailable after 5 business days from production completion, contact us.


H. Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered but Not Received” Orders

Lost / Delayed

  • 45 days: Eligible for 50% refund

  • 60 days: Eligible for full refund or replacement

Delivered but Missing

If tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact the local post office

  • Email us for assistance


I. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

These are not included in product prices.


J. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If returned to us:

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Refund (if applicable) = minus original shipping & handling


K. Eco-Friendly Commitment

All products are made-to-order to reduce waste.
Whenever possible, eco-conscious packaging is used.
