1. How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

All products are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand).

Production & Handling Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • USA: 12–17 business days
  • International: 15–24 business days

Times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Peak seasons or customs may cause delays.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

• Orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate (USA)
• International shipping: $9.95 flat rate

Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. What is your return and refund policy?

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personalization choices.

We offer free replacement or full refund (no need to return the item in most cases) for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item, size, or design received
  • Printing or manufacturing errors

Report any issues within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID to
support@whoplaza.com.

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
You can also check your order status here.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. Are the colors exactly as shown on the screen?

Product images are digital mockups. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the printing process.
We use high-quality inks for the best possible results.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel for a full refund if the order has not entered production and you request within
24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends/holidays) after placing the order.

Once production starts, changes are not possible.

8. Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (non-refundable).
