2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, product availability issues, or errors in pricing or product information.
Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
3. Products and Custom Orders
All products sold on Whoplaza are custom-made to order / print-on-demand. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and finish may occur due to the printing process, screen display settings, or product manufacturing. These minor variations are normal and do not automatically constitute a defect.
Please review all product details, size charts, colors, personalization information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Production Time
Production, handling, and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect shipping information, or peak seasons.

5. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to order, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our policies.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, incorrect shipping address, or incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.
Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds may be available only for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items caused by our production or fulfillment error, according to our
Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, graphics, logos, text, product photos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Whoplaza LLC or are used with permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. User Content and License
By submitting designs, text, names, images, personalization details, or other content for printing or customization (“User Content”), you grant Whoplaza LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify as necessary for printing or production, and display such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing related customer support.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is lawful and that you have the right to use it.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that include content we believe may violate laws, third-party rights, or our policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whoplaza LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
