Refund & Returns Policy

All products at Whoplaza are custom-made to order (Print-on-Demand).
Because each item is created specifically for you, we have developed a return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the personalized nature of our products.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet entered production, and
  • You request cancellation within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends/holidays) after placing the order.

How to cancel: Email support@whoplaza.com with your Order ID. We will confirm and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Once production begins (usually within a few hours), cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the products.

Returns for Quality Issues

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personalization choices.

However, we stand behind our quality and offer free replacement or full refund (no need to return the item in most cases) if you receive:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design
  • Printing or manufacturing errors

Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is not delivered after 60 days from the order date, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

All returns or replacements must be approved by our support team first. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Note: Our business address in Albuquerque, NM is a registered office only. We do not accept walk-ins or unsolicited returns at this location.
