Refund & Returns Policy

At Whoplaza, every product is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this personalized production model, most items cannot be returned once created.
However, if something goes wrong, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly, fairly, and transparently.

Please review our guidelines below.


A. Return Policy

No General Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size, color, design, or personalization chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Exceptions — When We Accept Responsibility

We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design due to our mistake

Return is NOT required in these cases.

To request support, please email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

📅 Report Deadline

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).
For the fastest resolution, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.


B. Order Corrections

You may request corrections to:

  • Shipping address

  • Size, color, or personalization details

  • Design selections

Correction Window

  • Within 24 hours for weekday orders

  • Within 48 hours for weekend orders

After this window, the order is processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.


C. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if you contact us:

  • Within 24 hours on weekdays

  • Within 48 hours on weekends

Once the order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.

D. Refund Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
Photo proof is required within 30 days of delivery.


2. Lost or Delayed Orders

We follow the timeline below:

  • After 45 days from order date (not delivered): 50% refund

  • After 60 days from order date (not delivered): Full refund or free replacement

Note: Holidays, customs inspections, or courier delays may extend transit times.


3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Customer input errors (wrong size, color, personalization)

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Shipping fees (unless the carrier is at fault)


E. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–7 business days
Supported methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Any payment method used during checkout


F. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Re-check your bank or PayPal account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@whoplaza.com


G. Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

Requirements:

  • Must be reported within 30 days

  • Photo evidence required

  • No returns necessary

Replacement items ship at no additional cost


H. Customer Responsibilities

Whoplaza is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizes or design details selected by the customer

  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address entry

  • Delays caused by courier, customs, or seasonal peak volume

Please review size charts and product details before ordering.


I. Inspect Orders Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
Contact us within 48 hours if you notice:

  • Damaged goods

  • Missing items

  • Packaging tampering


J. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus original shipping costs once the item is returned to our facility


K. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties

  • These costs are non-refundable

  • Customs delays may extend delivery time


L. Disputes & Resolution

Before opening a dispute through PayPal or your bank, please contact us first.
We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.
